Dairy Cottage is ideally situated for exploring this beautiful section of coastline with its hidden rocky coves and sandy beaches. The cottage is a short walk from the village pub and a craft shop/cafe and less than half a mile away from Aberfelin Cove and the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and in nearby Square & Compass you will find a petrol station with convenience store for your groceries.
The attractive inlet of Abercastle is 5 minutes away by car and other nearby attractions include Tregwynt Woollen Mill, the popular, historic harbour of Porthgain and Strumble Head with bird observatory and lighthouse. The scenic Gwaun Valley and the tiny Cathedral City of St Davids with its shops, galleries, pubs and restaurants are also within easy reach.

Access to an ample parking area is through an 8’0”wide 5 barred gate from the lane outside. The main entrance door is three steps down from the parking area. The garden is about ½ acre, mainly lawned with a slight downwards incline giving access to the entrance door as an alternative to using the steps mentioned above. There is a 4” step up to the cottage entrance door. The ground floor accommodation has an entrance hall with entrance door to a double bedroom with an adjacent cloakroom with wc and whb. A passage has three wide steps down to the kitchen, dining and sitting room area. The steps have a handrail. The kitchen has an extensive range of worktops with sink, refrigerator, fridge, washing machine and low level oven. There is a fire extinguisher fitted near the kitchen units. The sitting area is well lit (natural and artificial lighting). There are double access doors (one 4” step) to a patio with concrete slab paving, table and chairs. (There is a handrail and Balustrade that is alongside the steps down to the patio). Access to the upper floor is by means of a hardwood staircase with banister. The stair treads have non-slip edges. The upper floor has a double bedroom entered from the landing, which also gives access to the bathroom. The adjacent linen cupboard contains an electrically timed immersion heater providing hot water to bathroom fittings, kitchen sink and cloakroom. Exterior lighting is fitted on the gable end near the entrance gate. Public transport (local bus service) has an optional pick-up point opposite the property.
